Keep Wich Plumbing provides 24/7 emergency plumbing services, available every day of the week including holidays. Emergency service requests are subject to applicable emergency service rates, which may differ from standard service pricing. Whether you need water leak detection, sewer line repair, or gas line repair, our team is ready to respond around the clock.

5.3 Appointment Confirmation

All appointments are confirmed subject to technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling window; however, Keep Wich Plumbing does not guarantee specific arrival times. Estimated arrival windows are provided as a courtesy and may be subject to change based on emergency service demand or unforeseen circumstances.

5.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Estimates, Pricing & Payment Terms

6.1 Service Estimates

Keep Wich Plumbing provides service estimates based on an initial assessment of the work required. All estimates are subject to change upon discovery of additional issues, hidden damage, or conditions that could not be reasonably identified during initial inspection — for example, during complex projects such as slab leak detection or pipe repiping.

6.2 Diagnostic Service Calls

A diagnostic service call fee may apply for initial assessments. Please refer to our current Special Offers for applicable discounts on diagnostic service calls.

6.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing prior to service commencement.
• We accept multiple payment methods. Accepted forms of payment will be communicated at the time of service.
• For large commercial plumbing projects or extended service contracts, customized payment schedules may be arranged in advance.

6.5 Late Payments

Invoices not settled within the agreed payment period may be subject to late payment fees or referral to a collections agency. Keep Wich Plumbing reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unpaid balances.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of our plumbing services, customers agree to the following responsibilities:

• Property Access: Provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the property, relevant plumbing systems, water shutoff valves, and any other areas necessary to complete the requested work.
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature of the plumbing issue, the property's plumbing history, and any known hazards that may affect service delivery.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure the work area is free from safety hazards, including but not limited to pets, children, and obstacles that could impede technician access or create unsafe working conditions.
• Third-Party Authorization: If you are scheduling services on behalf of a property owner (e.g., as a tenant, property manager, or contractor), you confirm that you have the legal authority to authorize the requested work.
• Pre-existing Conditions: Customers are responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing plumbing conditions, prior repairs, or structural issues that may affect the scope or safety of the work.

Warranty & Workmanship Guarantee

8.1 Labor Warranty

Keep Wich Plumbing stands behind the quality of our work. Our labor and workmanship are warranted against defects for a period communicated at the time of service completion. Warranty terms may vary depending on the type of service performed — from drain cleaning to bathroom remodeling.

8.2 Parts & Materials Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to all parts, fixtures, and equipment installed by Keep Wich Plumbing, including water heaters, water filtration systems, sump pumps, and garbage disposals. We will assist customers in understanding and accessing applicable manufacturer warranties upon request.

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed or not discoverable at the time of service
• Normal wear and tear on parts or equipment
• Damage caused by extreme weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
• Secondary damage resulting from delayed notification of a defect

8.4 Warranty Claims

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Kansas state law, Keep Wich Plumbing's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Keep Wich Plumbing shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing Structural Issues: Damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions not caused by our workmanship.
• Third-Party Actions: Damages caused by third-party contractors, manufacturers, or external factors outside our control.
• Force Majeure Events: Service delays or failures caused by natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Hidden Infrastructure Damage: Pre-existing damage to hidden pipes, walls, foundations, or infrastructure that is discovered during the course of service delivery.
